My husband and I checked in for a week long stay on Wednesday, skeptical after reading previous reviews. To the contrary, we have found the staff to be kind and accommodating. The front lobby is stocked with reasonably priced snacks, drinks, and food for sale. Our room is spacious, clean, and our king size bed is very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find the room has a full size refrigerator, making our extended stay more efficient. The air conditioner works amazingly well against this Arkansas heat and humidity. The shower gets perfectly hot and has good water pressure. We have not seen any signs of bugs or pests (we came prepared with food safe diatomaceous earth, just in case) which seems rare for smaller motels. The property is quiet, securely monitored by cameras, and everyone here seems to keep to themselves (our preference as well). *Bonus stars for allowing pets* **Double bonus for being next door to Susan's Restaurant, our favorite breakfast spot**
Cheap. No bed bugs. most of the staff and front desk are friendly. Not so much for the older blonde lady. They keep everything working well (air, hot water, cleaning the place). I was concerned about safety, etc, but I have had absolutely no issues.
There was an issue with the rooms at first but thankfully Tray was working the front desk! He didn't stop until he made sure we were taken care of and accommodated! Awesome dude right there
